Great service. At PermaDry, they find the root of the problem and fix it.My basement turned out to be quite a hard case, the drain tile had to be unclogged and repaired, PermaDry did a great job fixing the drain tile; they did what's needed to be done. (In the end, much smaller area needed to be excavated, which saved plenty of work for them and plenty of money for me.) And they even credited me for some of the earlier work. Great job.P.S. It's been 4 years, 4 winters and counting and the basement is just that - PERMA DRY. Great job!

We got multiple quotes from people in the area and perma dry beat the rest out of the gate, Neil was really easy to work with and told me what I needed to do as the homeowner to get everything ready for their arrival. Damien set up the appointment much earlier than I anticipated (3 weeks instead of 3 months) The guys were friendly and efficient. Absolutely recommend perma dry for any work to be done on foundations.

From the very first call after my house flooded, I felt that the team at Permadry cared. Devon was so empathetic over the phone, and Damien was always available to return my calls and answer my many questions. After getting about six quotes from companies all around Moncton, these guys were the most competitive and customer-oriented. The team they had over was no different - kind, understanding and hard working. They showed up on time every morning, worked throughout the day, and only left after their work was done. They had to dig up a small tree that I had planted when I first moved into my home, and they made sure to plant it right back! The little things like that show they go above and beyond. Time will tell whether the quality of their work will hold up, but I am comforted by their 25-year warranty. Hopefully, I will never have to work with them again, but if I do, at least I know I will be well taken care of!

I would recommend Perma-Dry and their team to anyone that has foundation problems.I had major problems with my foundation I had to have drain tiles and 3 walls replaced.They showed up on time always pleasant very professional and hard working. It was all done within 3 weeks.The masonry guys were even here Saturday and Sunday to get the job done.Very pleased with their work.Thanks Guys,Your the best.
